Samuel has a general commercial practice, with a focus on insolvency and property disputes. Samuel also has experience in human rights, administrative and criminal law matters.
Prior to being called to the Bar, Samuel worked as a solicitor in real estate, capital markets and commercial litigation. He also qualified as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales and worked for a magic circle firm in Milan, Italy. He was appointed Senior Associate in 2016.
Samuel holds the degrees of Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Griffith University, and a Master’s Degree in International Human Rights Law from the Institute for Human Rights of Åbo Akademi University in Finland. Samuel is fluent in Italian.
