Rhett Kipps

Rhett was called to the bar in 2017. Prior to being called to the bar, he practised as a solicitor from 2008 predominantly in contested commercial litigation, including contractual disputes, insolvency, banking and finance.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Information Technology (with distinction) and has completed the Insolvency Education Program from the Australian Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association.
