Tom Duhig

Tom commenced practice at the Bar in October 2022.

He has a broad commercial practice in all State and Federal Courts, and has experience in contracts, taxation, insolvency and property disputes, as well as disputes in voluntary associations and sporting clubs.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Tom was a solicitor for four years practising in commercial and tax litigation. In 2018 Tom was the Associate to his Honour Judge AJ Rafter SC.
